Exchange or Return of Goods

Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components and accessories.

  • Products damaged through no fault of the customer remain eligible for return.

  • Minor decrease in value from opening the package to check functionality does not prevent a return request.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Consumables or certain personal-use items (if specified)

Return Process:
