1. Overview
ShutterZone ships premium photography and videography equipment worldwide. This Shipping Policy explains the carriers we use, delivery timeframes, how shipping costs are calculated, order cut-off and processing rules, customs and duties, tracking, and exceptions.
2. Carriers
We ship with trusted carriers selected per destination and package size/weight, including major international and domestic couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, USPS). Carrier selection is determined by destination, package size/weight, declared value, and the service level selected at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs & How They Are Displayed
- Free worldwide shipping is available on eligible orders:
- USA: Orders over $100 (small & large items)
- International: Orders over $100 (small items), over $300 (large items)
- Orders not eligible for free shipping will display applicable shipping charges at checkout.
- All shipping-related charges (delivery, handling, carrier fees) are included in the total price presented at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes (Estimates)
United States:
- Small items: 3–5 business days
- Large items: 3–5 business days
International:
- Small items: 3–14 business days
- Large items: 3–14 business days
Delivery estimates include carrier transit time. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier operations, customs, or destination.
5. Order Processing & Cut-off Times
- Processing time for all items (small and large, USA and international): 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed and paid before 4:00 PM PT on a business day are eligible for same-day processing.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM PT or on non-business days begin processing the next business day.
6. Tracking & Notifications
A shipment confirmation with tracking information is emailed when your order ships. Tracking is also available in your account. Shipments may require a signature for high-value or specialized items.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout (e.g., DDP). Estimated duties may be displayed at checkout; if not, customers should expect customs fees upon arrival.
8. Signature & Delivery Security
Shipments may require a signature upon delivery for high-value items or as requested by the carrier. If unavailable, the carrier provides a re-delivery option or pickup location.
9. Exceptions, Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery times may be extended due to events outside our control: customs delays, carrier disruptions, extreme weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Remote or restricted destinations may require additional transit time or paperwork.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Inspect packages upon delivery. Report visible damage or missing items to contact@shutterzone.shop within 7 days. For lost or damaged shipments, we will work with the carrier to file claims and determine resolution (replacement, repair, or refund).
11. Pre-Orders & Backorders
Pre-ordered items are charged at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise. Estimated ship dates are shown at checkout. Customers may cancel pre-orders before dispatch for a full refund.
12. Oversized, Freight, or Special-Handling Shipments
Oversized or heavy items may require specialized carriers, additional handling fees, and signature requirements. Shipping terms for these items are presented at checkout.
13. Integration with Shopping Platforms
Shipping speeds and costs are consistent across checkout, product listings, and external shopping platforms (e.g., Google Shopping).
